  • "What are the key points in this report?"
  • "How many pages/slides does this have?"
  • "List all the tables in this spreadsheet"

Tips for Best Results

  1. Be specific about what you want changed
  2. Reference elements by name, position, or content (e.g., "the first table", "the slide titled Introduction")
  3. One document at a time - upload and edit one file per request for best results
  4. Check the output - always review the modified document before using it

Troubleshooting

File Won't Upload

  • Check file size (max 100MB)
  • Ensure the format is supported (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx)
  • Password-protected files must be unlocked first

Changes Not Applied Correctly

  • Try being more specific about which element to change
  • Reference elements by exact text or position
  • Break complex edits into smaller, simpler steps

Formatting Lost

  • Some complex formatting may not survive editing
  • Custom fonts may revert to defaults
  • Macros and VBA code are not preserved during editing

Large Documents

  • Very large documents may take longer to process
  • Consider splitting into smaller sections for editing
  • Processing timeout is typically 30-120 seconds
