Tips for Best Results
- Be specific about what you want changed
- Reference elements by name, position, or content (e.g., "the first table", "the slide titled Introduction")
- One document at a time - upload and edit one file per request for best results
- Check the output - always review the modified document before using it
Troubleshooting
File Won't Upload
- Check file size (max 100MB)
- Ensure the format is supported (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx)
- Password-protected files must be unlocked first
Changes Not Applied Correctly
- Try being more specific about which element to change
- Reference elements by exact text or position
- Break complex edits into smaller, simpler steps
Formatting Lost
- Some complex formatting may not survive editing
- Custom fonts may revert to defaults
- Macros and VBA code are not preserved during editing
Large Documents
- Very large documents may take longer to process
- Consider splitting into smaller sections for editing
- Processing timeout is typically 30-120 seconds
