Every Sigma Domain account gets private storage — a database and a file store that belong to you alone. You don't administer it, model it, or write queries against it. You ask.
Structure
No schema design required
Give it a spreadsheet, a PDF, a list of addresses, a folder of brochures. Sigma Domain works out what's in them and stores them so they can be queried later. When you want something back, describe it: which records, which period, which conditions.
This is the part most tools don't have. Plenty will answer a question about a file you paste in. Far fewer let you accumulate your own material over months and then ask questions that cut across all of it.
Work on them
Open a stored Word, Excel or PowerPoint file and edit it in place without downloading it.
Share or host them
Publish a file at a link you can send, or keep it strictly private. You decide per file.
Separation
How access is kept apart
The assistant does not roam across the platform's data. It's given access to the files and records of the account it's working for, and that boundary is enforced on our side rather than requested politely in a prompt. One user's material is not visible to another user's session.
Data lives on our servers rather than on your device, which is what lets the same account work from a browser, a phone and a desktop app without syncing anything by hand.
Guest sessions are the exception, deliberately: they carry no persistence guarantee, because they're for trying Sigma Domain rather than keeping things in it. Creating a free account turns on durable storage, and you can do it without leaving the app. Compare plans
