Conversation Context
How Context Works
- The AI remembers all messages in the current conversation
- Earlier messages provide context for later questions
- You can reference previous topics: "going back to what we discussed about APIs..."
- Context window has a limit; very long conversations may summarize older messages
Separate Contexts
- Each conversation has its own independent context
- Switching conversations switches the AI's context
- Starting a new conversation gives the AI a clean slate
